It may feel unsafe to share your true thoughts and feelings with others. Together, we will find ways to re/discover your authentic self and learn how to express your needs.

Trust

After being hurt, whether done intentionally or not, we struggle to trust others. Find ways to process what you went through and let yourself be open to those in your life who keep you rooted.

Abuse and Neglect

If you have undergone abuse from a person close to you, you may find it difficult to recognize and set boundaries with people with similar traits. Learn to break free from unhealthy relationship patterns.
